* The delay of the two ramps is not fully understood - but may be related to a hanging SetValue operation in the first ramp (all ramps service by one threadI).
* Fixed a bug - Values was not set if identical to previous values. Changed program structure, so RampElements can enforce sending of values. RampSetValue now require value to be send.
